We offer 30 days change of mind return and refund policy if the goods are un-opened and un-used with the original package. You need to return the product to us at your own cost.  Goods arriving damaged due to poor packaging or misuse will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a warranty for fault or defect.

How to lodge a warranty claim with us:

Firstly, we recommend contacting us either by phone or email with the description of the fault.

If it’s established that there is a fault with the item we will arrange for the faulty product to be either returned to the manufacturer directly or returned to IGame Computer. You need to pay the initial shipping cost for return, however, you are entitled to recover a reasonable postage cost if the product is identified as faulty.

If the product is found not to have any problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.
